Everyday in American it is estimated that 13 million children live in homes with limited or uncertain access to sufficient food. In Cook County Illinois, almost 300,000 people are relent on assistances for adequate nutrition. Working in cooperation with the Greater Chicago Food Depository Operation Blessing acts as a distribution point for government food assistance programs as well as food from corporate and private donations.
